Anyone remember the TV's that had a row of touchsensitive metal buttons, some sony's had them. You preset them to the channels of your choice (each one had a dial under a hidden control panel) so you could only access like 12-15 channels at any given time

Had a old black and white tv in my bedroom as a kid. It would take about 30 seconds to warm up to a normal picture. And when you turned it off, it would go grey, then black, then shrink to a tiny white dot in the middle of the screen, then finally turn off.
