OK! I'm buying from a Mexican butcher now in a small market. A couple times I've asked for ground round and he tosses a few steaks in the grinder, really fresh and lean.

yeah i have done that a few time. its great but cost more then i want for hamburger.

a diffrent butcher i go to throws all his scraps in a bucket. then he grinds it up when youwant it. its not to bad a price but man its great.
