lol.. Dems cramming stuff into that budget bill, baiting Trump to veto it.
but I think Trump is winning the long game.

everything he's doing is a distraction.
I haven't heard much about Russia probe lately, nor of the Dem controlled House subpoena Trump's people in front of committees. :(
You know who doesn't care about border fences or walls? Robert Mueller.

Always keep in mind....
One day we'll all look back and laugh at this time in our history.
It's actually funny as hell what goes on in this administration and what Americans are forced to put up with.
I laugh. HA, hahaha. :p

Mitch got up there and said, "I have just talked with President Trump".
Can you imagine if past presidents could see this and ask WHO THE HELL IS TRUMP? WASN'T HE THAT FAILED REALITY TV GAME SHOW HOST?
SO, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?
WAS AMERICA TAKEN OVER BY SOME BRAIN EATING VIRUS?
WAS THAT HOW TRUMP CAME TO BE?

Also available poling says that like 3/4ths of the country doesn't want him to do this.
Who cares what the country wants. The only thing that matters is that Trump looks strong to his Reichwing base, nevermind the fact that it will be completely ineffective in stopping any of the things Trump promises his rabid dogs it will stop and will damage our Republic in many ways for decades to come. Private landowners along the border should be happy to donate their land to Trump's Monument to himself, also who cares about that stupid church that stands in the way of our Dear Leader, tear it down. Who cares if wildlife migration patterns will be disrupted and could lead to extinction for some species nothing can stand in the way of Hair Fuhrer's "Wall!".

Why don't any of you understand that there are ISIS training camps in Mexico? (No stupid the cartels' would unite to kill them in ways that ISIS fighters would quake at) They are coming to kill us all by infiltrating those caravans of people coming here. It doesn't matter that they are trying to come here for a better life for themselves and their children. Can't you see the suicide bombs strapped to those little rugrats, as well as all their tanks?

What's really amazing is how Trump's supporters have been stricken with selective amnesia syndrome as they coast merrily along acting oblivious to what Trump drilled and pounded into their heads throughout his election campaign about making Mexico pay for the wall, or "lock her up" as Trump's own close associates are the ones that's being incarcerated.

It's like he never said it and they never kept repeating it at most every campaign rally Trump held. And I wonder why Trump isn't shouting it out and prompting his rally attendees to repeat that silly impossible chant of his any more.

Really does make me chuckle over the irony of it all along with the selective memory loss Trump's disciples are also having over Trump's former advisers and henchmen being thrown in the slammer.

So on to the next dumb chant that Trump wants to rally his supporters around him with. Last I heard the hate code word is now "socialists". Be very very afraid of them. They're everywhere.......they're Everywhere.

Looks like dipshit is going to sign the bill but also declare an emergency over the wall, which turtle is supporting apparently.

Sean Hannity will be gloating for a year after this. A couple days ago on his show he predicted Trump will sign the bill and declare a national emergency. Others predicted it too but I'm sure he'll be playing up his.

It's not really a stretch to imagine a play where Trump would want to look like he avoided a shutdown while also getting something done on the wall. But yes, Hannity will no doubt be polishing his own knob over getting something right even if it was predictable.

I say fine, let Trump pretend he won something here, should let him get back to failing miserably at explaining away his election conspiracy and subsequent obstruction and cover up attempts.

Without an "emergency" at the border, he is the baby snatching baby killing emergency .. He needs the cover.

National Emergency .. how long does that last him and how can he use it to move against Mueller?

Looks like Trump's people and the Bunde have a similar view on outsiders coming to events.
The man that rushed the stage was a Brooklyn Jew who knew that the speech he was hearing was dangerous.

After I made that post I realized that wasn't your average attendee getting the boot, but they still didn't need to beat him. Look at all the Bunde Youth right there watching too, disgusting. How Americans can look back on any of that and sympathize with anything nazi is beyond me.

I thought the senior adviser to the President, Laura Ingraham, had told Trump not to sign it?

So now there's an emergency. Because there is a bi-partisan bill now signed. An emergency that just arose, even though illegal border crossings have been dropping, and actual border patrol officials say there is no emergency.

He's perfectly happy to have it tied up in court. I'm guessing because we're in unprecedented territory here, but the moment he signs the declaration there's a federal lawsuit, and an injunction possibly by landowners who loses property to eminent domain. It could be years before $1 gets applied to wall construction. If Trump tries to take disaster funding away from California (or any other state) I'm sure that state would be in court the same day. He gives zero fucks about a wall, but this way he can say he tried and thus save face. He can be the hero to his fans. The hero who tried his best but was thwarted by Outside Evil Forces. Trump needs to position himself as the Noble Outsider, Valiantly Fighting the Corrupt Government/System, Treated Unfairly But Still Struggling to Help "The Little Guy".

I don’t like this at all and republicans have whatever’s coming with the next president for allowing this shit to happen. I have no problem with the wall but have a big problem with trying declaring an "emergency" to circumvent Congress.
