I like plain cheesecake myself. Pumpkin and Apple pie are also up there on my list of favorites.
Einstein was a Pantheist, so it is no wonder he thinks Buddhism reflect Science/Nature.
But I think Einstein probably would really like Onion Pie (since it is german in origin)

I know an Asian type of pie, is an Onion-Meat-Curry pie (more like an empanada). They are freaking awesome.

Buddhism is the single greatest religion this world has seen and probably ever will see. Not that I follow any of them, but if I were to, for argument's sake...
The real question is, would Buddha eat a meat pie or would he go for a starwberry pie? Also what are the religious implications of eating a meat pie? And do you consider a Pizza a pie???
You should really try out those Asian Curry-Onion-Meat empanadas... Talking about them is making me <drool>

Looks really good. It might be a slight drive for me since I live in Stafford/Sugar Land, but it sounds like it is worth it.

I once read somewhere that Buddha said "It's not what your country can do for you, but if you can make a whole thin crust pizza pie with steak and cheese", so the answer is pizza with pineapple.
