whatever happened to new ideas? what's with this retro bs sweepng detroit? if i want to drive my parenbt's cars, ill drive their cars not some ripoff that keeps nothing of the soul of the original car.
pt cruiser
prowler
mustang(gt is okay)
charger
gto
ssr
all buicks
are horribly not compelling. now cadillac.. that's a brand image i've turned around my opinion on.

Ya, I don't like the looks of any of those cars listed. But then again, I have always been one for modern style. And by modern I mean Corvette-ish, not lets take a 40 year old car and make it look the same...but "modern"

Astin martin > *.*

yes, yes that looks good too. But not affordable 😉

Unfortunately it looks like this fellow is correct.

Now if they can make it a sleek four dour WITHOUT adding any more weight ot the already bloated car AND keep the RWD 6MT 400HP V8, then we'll talk.

well aston martin/jaguar are evolutionary styling wise, they never did a radical departure from their style and thne decide it looked like crap, scrambled and then made a half assed design to try to draw back the 40-60 crowd, completely ignoring my demographic 18-35.

The totem pole eagle god attack. run for your life.

Seriously, if they want to sell cars, they need to hire a new design team with younger designers, not some 60 years old sitting in detroit suburb.

The 2008 GTO will not look anything like that. LOL

All indications lead toward it looking along those lines, what makes you think otherwise?

I'd laugh if it were not so sad - the Germans and Japanese are coming out with truly original and innovative designs and this is the best GM can do?

actually the best GM can do is the C6 Z06...which is pretty damn good IMO
