If you're on welfare, odds are that your children will also be on welfare when they grow up. It's a never ending cycle.
So why not inject birth control to all the women of child bearing age? If you don't get an injection, then no $ for you.
And no, i'm not sexist. If there was a male birth control, then force it on them too. but there isn't one that u can inject and last for months.
hm..tie the tubes and vasectomies is an idea. but they're only reversible for a time.
Right to bear children? HA! If you can't afford to take care of yourself w/o handouts, then you should be banned from having children!
