Most everyone IS laughing at it. Only the few ninnies who can't stand people being held up to public scrutiny for a complete lack of taste and personal responsibility are being kill-joys here.

All I can do is repeat what baffled2 already said, "...that website was born of intense frustration at a situation that's not been resolved by any other other means."

If your neighbor wants to put aquariums and wading pools full of dirt in his yard there is NOTHING you can do about it, EXCEPT post it on the web. If he wants to hang his gutters with coat hanger wire, he is within his rights. If he wants to mount a 3' statue of Jesus on his mailbox, there's NOTHING you can do to stop him, EXCEPT expose it on a web page.

Your city can only regulate so much. If your neighbor is hell bent on trashing your property value, you're screwed. I'd say this is what the WWW was made for! 😀

LOL,peeps here are never satisfied, they're either yelling "repost" or "that's lame" whenever somebody takes the time to post something they hope will amuse people. It's a wonder to me that anyone even bothers sharing anything funny here.

By the photos this is a neighborhood with houses crammed in together but that fire was so far from burning Carlos's home it's not even worth discussing that possiblity. Again accidents happen even to native borns and thats why fire departments are employeed.

I REALLY wonder if anybody in Carlos' neighborhood has civilly confronted this guy about the problem? Seriously, has anybody (like anybody here can say with certainty) gone up to "Phong Lee" and said, "As a neighborhood, we're concerned about your projects and their impact on our property value."
