Mr. Pickhole , If you know anything about cartography you would notice that the blanks maps you provide because their unique shapes are in no way, shape matter or form the areas that people actually live. No roads are shown, no highways, no rivers or creeks no bluffs or hills or other physical features, they also don't show political boundaries such as cities, neighborhoods , townships or unincorporated areas. No jobs or businesses, no rural, suburban, rural/urban or how citizens live. Many of the counties are simple rectangles that have no relationship to the people that live inside them. Do you really think that the peoples districts should be the same? You, are ignorant of what you speak, but it was a spiffy cut and paste.

Baby Grenadier, even with all those words, that was a complete non-answer.

My argument is not really concerning about any counties other than Travis (home to the most liberal city in the state of Texas). The other counties are almost homogeneously rural and conservative.

I've circled the most densely populated area of the city below. Of course, there are a few neighborhoods that lean conservative, but on the whole the city is very liberal (Biden was +45 in the county).

Notice how the city area is split into 5 different districts that spread far into the surrounding rural areas. Care to explain why that would be, other than to dilute the liberal vote?

Just because something is legal, as per the USSC or say any other foreign government's highest courts, does not make it moral or ethical. There have been a lot of things legal in recent history that were very immoral or unethical. This is something that Trumpers like Taj don't get, they have few actual morals, it's only about power and suppression.

This is absolutely correct.

I know Taj has no morals, but he's acting as though the districting here is completely fair and even. I just want him to admit that the lines were drawn to help the Republicans (as is obvious to anyone with half a brain).

Write a letter to the USSC and make a complaint, their ruling called the redistricting legal. As for you and your views, screw off.

Legal != moral or fair.

You called the districting fair, and said it was purely to group similar people together:

No, Republicans use redistricting to get citizens of similar interests, jobs, economic reasons to be in the same district. You know to have a Representative actual try to support their constituents.

Just admit you lied.

As for you and your views, screw off.

Are you not here to discuss politics and/or news? If not, why are you here? Simply to shitpost?

I wonder if Taj can name anything legal in US history that was really bad. Or maybe in Germany back in the day. Who knows with these people

You are not stupid or naive, but you are a liar. The Supreme Court ruled that the redistricting was within the political norms of this country. Which it is, because both parties redistrict in their favor when they have the political advantage. It's how the system works. Unlike the Democrats "by any means necessary" mantra.

What exactly have I lied about? Please be specific.

I already noted I agree that the districting is legal; I also said it's immoral. I don't care which side practices it, gerrymandering is wrong.

As for your honesty, are you still standing by this statement?

You know exactly what you lied about, read the first few words of your post #76.

I lied that you advocated tossing grenades, or that it was a non-answer?

Please be specific.

(Note, that I only called you that because of your childish "Mr. Pickhole" misnomer. Tit-for-tat...)

60,000,000 dead babies since Roe vs Wade?
You couldn't tell the difference between a baby and a zygote. You just want to Lord over women's bodies anyways. If men were the ones that were the pregnant ones you'd support free abortions in every neighborhood.

Of course you gloss over shit like slavery.

You guys have to differentiate between gerrymandering, or partisan redistricting, and germane redistricting. There is a difference. Even John Roberts acknowledged gerrymandering was anti democratic.

This is why conservatives like Taj support it. They are immoral power hungry fascists. From power over women by controlling their bodies to silencing voting, from suppressing voting rights to gerrymandering, and overthrowing elections. These people are garbage.

I mean Taj called RBG's passing something like God getting involved with perfect timing in a thread recently.

A pioneer of women's and average citizens rights and that's what they think of her. These people are downright evil.

Plenty of Democrats support gerrymandering when it's in their favor. Your mistake is when you believe that Republicans are evil and only act for evil and Democrats are pure and good and only do good. They're both sides of the same coin and always have been.

Democrats do corrupt stupid shit. It's a minority of the party and I disagree with them. Republicans are mostly corrupt. I mean the Trump administration is the cherry on that sundae. Look at them going full fascist as easy as eating a piece of warm apple pie.
