Recommendations for 5.1/7.1 surround sound system

I found the Klipsch for 207 bucks. The Logitech ones are 132.00. Is it worth the difference at all? I read reviews and it seems the concensus is the Pro Media 2.1s are very hard to beat sound quality wise.

Mad: I heard those weren't so good and that you might as well buy the much better Z2300 ones for a bit more $.
 
I can afford it, but i don't want to pay extra for no valid reason 🙂 I heard good things of both systems.
