Theres a HUUUUGE map-pack for portal thats like a bazillion levels.. I forgot what its called 🙁 But its free though.

The charm of portal was the environment. The puzzle aspect was similar to other puzzle/adventure games.

Well, you could look at the original "portal" game, Prey. While the portals in Prey are static, the sequel intends to leap frog Portal.

Have they given up? That was more than a year ago.

LOL! You don't remember the first game do you? Development started in 1995 and it was finally released in 2006. If the 2nd one takes less than 11 years it'll be an improvement, so I wouldn't be excited about seeing the sequel too soon.

you could always play the original

this game is not like Portal, rather, Portal is like this game

Not only is Portal like that game, the same people made both.

FYI, I thought Portal was great - up to the point they did something I thought was in bad taste, though most will disagree with me.

I thought the forcing of the player to destroy the companion cube to progress was just wrong, and filled with Schadenfreude, like making you kill a puppy to progress.

I decided to stop playing it at that point, but am planning to check cheat codes. Screw 'em.
