If you can't fit in a Corolla you can't fit in a Miata.
For < $8k I don't really think "fun to drive" is much of an option if you don't fit well into small cars. There are the pony cars, as mentioned before.
Of course, I think my '95 Geo Prizm is fun to drive. It's more about your driving than the car, I think.![]()
