Does anybody know the telephone # of rebatestatus.com?

I joint the promotion of Linksys' back to school about two months ago. I supposed to receive 2 $10 checks and one $15 check for 2 LAN cards and one switch. However, they sent me only one $10 check. I have sent them email regarding this issue but nobody ever reply me with an answer. 🙁

Actually their rebate tracking site has been up a couple of months However, it is totally useless. 99% of your CC rebates will not show up on their site even though they have already received your rebate(s)t. CC is using the same company/software to track rebates as HP uses. As you may recall, very few people were able to use the HP tracking site for the $50 and $100 MIRs on the HP 9900ci drive a few months ago. The rebate status never showed up on the HP tracking site even though people received their rebates.

 
After sending email to CompUSA (previous posting), Get $15 Samsung CDR rebate today. Sent 9/3.
Hopefully will get Staples's rebate within next week (it said mailed):
$20 56K modem, $20 Maxtor HD, $6 Maxell CDR, $15 CD-Project 48CD case with CD-R.

I went to rebatestatus.com and found my rebate. but those intel people says that they did not recieve a receipt. That is totally bogus. I think that they saw on the receipt that I only bought it for $20 bucks and woulda made $10 bucks ater the $30 dollar MIR and the fact that, for some weird reason I sent in the original receipt, so I couldn't send them a copy of the receipt since I obviously don't have one. I know intel is just trying to save money and just say that there was no receipt with the rebate. I'm never going to send in anymore original receipts again, not like I usually do anyway.

Checked today...finally got posted on the CompUSA rebate center....finally.
 
I believe BestBuy has outsourced their rebate handling to a different company. BestBuy sponsored rebates are now going to Calais, ME. I picked up on this when I was trying to get my $10 rebate from them recently. I talked to several CSR at the rebate contact number that told me they just took over BestBuy rebates and my investigation would be delayed. I could not get them to tell me what their company name is. I think this is a new outfit but I'm not sure. It is a new address. Anybody know anything about this?
 
Has anyone received their Phillips Acoustic Edge Rebate? It's been a few months since I submitted my rebate, but I haven't heard anything from them. Does anyone know what's up with this rebate?

By the way, has anyone filed complaints about this rebate yet? It will make a difference if everyone does.
 
Has any1 received their rebates from the free 5 cdrw deal @ Circuit City? (It was those cheap 4x ones) It's been almost 3 months and all I received from them was an email saying they have sent the check. (That was a month ago...) PM me for replies, thanx!
 
For those of you who are still waiting for the Philips 8x4x32 $40 rebate,
its been more than 4 weeks since I called their 800 number
I called again today and was told the same thing 4 weeks ago that i should receive the check in another 4 to 6 weeks.

Bought 2 also, if i don't get my $80, i would not even consider buying another philips product!

Staples.com PNY Technologies 20.00$ for the cd-wallet. About three weeks after my submission. Great! 🙂

Just received my $20 rebate from Sears for the 50pk of Pioneer CD-R's today. I also received the rebate from Staples for the Logitech SoundMan X1 speakers 2 days ago, and 2 rebates from Circuit City: $19.99 for the Plantronics headset, and $9.99 for a Case Logic Cd Wallet.

I've seen it in other forums, and thought I'd make sure you folks were aware here in this one as well...

Philips was using PARAGO for their rebate fulfillment. Apparently there's been some sort of severance of the corporate ties, and Philips is using a different fulfillment house now.

I had some concerns on a $100 rebate I sent in on a monitor and gave them (Philips) a call on their toll-free number. I was informed that they had indeed switched firms. The customer service rep - while not being the most friendly I've ever dealt with as she seemed very busy, and hurried - gladly took all of the information and said it would be entered into the new system and my rebate would be mailed in 5 weeks. I asked if she could find my info in the old Parago database and was informed she couldn't and didn't expect to be able to. I asked if she would need a copy of my information, and she said they would not.

I URGE anyone with an outstanding Philips product rebate to contact Philips at the toll-free number on your rebate form, and ask them as to your rebate's status. If you are in no-man's-land like so many folks are, they'll get you taken care of.

Contrary to some comments in this forum, Philips is an exTREMEly "solvent" company, and is the third largest corporation in Germany. BILLONS of dollars in assets, and has some of the most recognized trade names in the world in their arsenal - Magnavox ring a bell?

 
Just received $40 Mcafee Virus Scan 4.0/Amazon rebate. This was pretty fast service, right around 6 weeks. Since I ordered using an Amazon coupon and shipping was free, my final profit on this software was $2!

The software doesn't work 100% on my XP machine, probably due to a previous version of Mcafee that didn't get uninstalled properly, but I am able to right mouse click on many file types and scan them for viruses. I can also scan my whole computer. I can also update the software fairly easily. What doesn't work right is real-time Vshield protection. But since I made $2 on the deal, I am not about to complain.
