I finally got my Sears CD rebate from August.
I ended up having to email them and threaten them. I don't know if that
is what shook them up or not. But I finally got my rebate from
them last week.

Not bad after all. 50 CD's free.
 
Hey, has anybody had their $100 envision rebate from the Staples Black Friday deal show up on any tracking sites yet? I find it strange that they haven't gotten it yet, I sent it out that day....



 
Fiend, you are messing up the 2 rebate forms. i am talking about the 50pc HI-TECH CDR. If you did buy the 100pc HI-TECH CDR last sunday (12/2). Its going to be the same form as a few weeks before (i believe its around 11/18).
I am sure if there is a sale this sunday (12/9) for the 50pc CDR (as said on other thread about staples Ad), the rebate form will be the same as 11/23's.
 
Ahh, yep, yer right, I was confused...nevermind.... In that case...look for the 100 pack to be on sale this Saturday possibly...

Black Friday Rebate Updates-
Staples - The monitor shows up as processing, but the free ram says somehting about a $ 25 Rebate on Greeting Card Factory is INVALID. WTF - Ram does not = some crappy software. Glad I made copies of the forms.
 
Scanner show up for me. Not the rest of the Black Friday sale on staples.

Edit: (12/10) 6-outlet surge $10, Altec speaker $20 show up.

Anybody found a recourse for Circuit city jamcam purchases.
CC did not advertise the $30 rebate but they did their own $20
(which by the way is still pending - 2 weeks more per CC CSR).
I guess we are out of luck for the $30.

The KB Gear Hq Phone # is giving a circuits busy message as is
their tech support #

Calls to 800-279-4784 were always answered quickly
Called 1 Nov: Rebate rcvd, will mail in 4-5 weeks
Called 3 Dec: CSR Greg, rebate mailed 24 Nov
Received in mail 6 Dec 2001.

A lot of time the CompUSA rebates don't show up at www.where'smyrebate.com. With a little experimentation I found that I can access all the rebates in process for my zip code using the following link after replacing ***** with my 5-digit zip code. This is useful because they often misspell my last name.

Wh00h00!! HP is da bomb !!! Got my hotly contested $50 check today( from HP315 deal back in July...🙁 ) hmmm....gotta look around here seem to have misplaced the $15 (accessories kit) one....lol 😀
 
Several calls and persistence paid off.
Finally got my $30.00 printer rebate from July from HP. They claimed that they sent it to
the wrong address.

Seems the Sears/Fuji CD deal takes about 15 weeks for everyone.

Just did the deal yesterday on the Fuji CDs with CC and BB to end up getting them for free.

I have a question regarding Best Buy's policy on their rebates. When the rebate slip says to include the original UPC, how strict are they on that? Will they take a copy? Please PM me with a response, as I do not check this thread that often

Did anyone get their rebates for the QPS QUE 24x CD-RW from CompUSA from the week of 9/23/01 - 9/29/01?

There were two:

$50 rebate from QPS
$20 rebate from CompUSA

I'm still waiting ... grr ... and I can't see the status of the rebates on any of the rebates sites neither.

Anyone, Beuller?
 
I finally received my $40 MIR for the McAfee virus scan 6.0 I purchased through Amazon.com. It took a few months but finally made it here. I think I actually made a couple bucks off that deal in the end.

FujiFilm CDR rebates could be a problem if you start sending in more than 4. The CSR at Fuji stated that the limit was 4, even though the Best Buy rebate form states that it's one per person. With the CC promo ending this week, I'm certain that many have stocked up with more than 4, particularly if you also bought the 9.99 deal at BB. Just a word of caution.

Just received my long waiting D-Link I-804's $30 rebate from Amazon back in August. Also received the Samsung 755DF's $40 rebate. But those Samsung $15 rebates for the CDRs from CompUSA still not come yet. Anyone has received his/hers?

It's amazing how unsecure their system is. Once you are viewing a rebate, you can just increment the record number in the URL and look at other totally unrelated ones. It's sad to see how many of them get rejected for various reasons. I just found a Sprint PCS rebate which was rejected because it was postmarked too late, you you know that had to be in the $50-100 range.
