EDIT: ok i just got of the phone with these guys. and they are going to send me the rebate..they just verified all my information and said ok just validated the rebate so whoohoo. btw this rebate was for the Logitech Mx700 mouse
EDIT2: i also have gotten my rebate for the Logitech Cordless Mouse and Keyboard. they ppl made a mistake and gave me 20% off on the original price of the thing. lol so i paid like $50 and they give me the a rebate amount of 20. so i luck out there..
I haven't looked at this thread in a while but wanted to see what people were posting about this rebate. I finally contacted Parago by phone a week ago about my "missing" 20% rebate. They gave me the same line of BS that they're still having technical difficulties. During that call I learned that you can e-mail them REBATE DISPUTES, RESUBMISSIONS, etc. to:
rebates@parago.com (in .JPG or .PDF format only). I e-mailed Parago scanned copies of my original REBATE SUBMISSION info (from January) and heard NOTHING from them.
2 days ago I contacted Logitech about this matter (using their customer service link on their web-site). The next day I recieved a useless canned response (via e-mail) from a Logitech CSR; however, by virtue of that response I now had Logitech's customer support e-mail address:
customer.support@logitech.globalsupport.com. Upon e-mailing Logitech my same scanned REBATE SUBMISSION info (and explaining how Parago is still having technical difficulties with this rebate offer), magically I received an automated e-mail from Parago (less than 12 hours later) that my rebate had been approved.
Furthermore, today I received an "reply" e-mail from a Parago CSR (in response to the e-mail I sent them almost a week ago) letting me know that they've processed my rebate.
Historically Parago has been a good rebate processor; however, this incident (and a few others I've recently had with them) has caused me to lose quite a bit of faith in them.
At any rate, if you still haven't gotten your Logitech 20% rebate processed yet:
a) Send an e-mail to Parago (w/ proof of your rebate submission in JPG or PDF format)
b) Send a similar e-mail to Logitech (w/ the same proof) claiming that they are ultimately responsible for fulfilling the rebate
