Does anyone know the web site/phone #/email of the following rebate? It's for an Acco Swingline Electrical Stapler bought in Office Depot early October. I tried Express Group but they said it's not their rebate.

Swingline (Office Depot) Rebate
Offer #3063
P.O. Box 8129
Grand Rapids, MN 55745-8129

I know this answer is somewhere because I read it on an Anandtech forum. However, after searching I can't seem to locate it this time.

I purchased two orders online and had them shipped to my home. In filling out the rebate forms it requests sales receipt with purchase price and date circled. In looking for what could possibly be used in place of sales receipt I find a shipping label with only the ship date NOT the date of purchase. Nowhere do I find the date of purchase in/and on the boxes.

I sure would appreciate some help. thanks

You should have received invoices or packing slips with your orders. Where did you order from?

I found several Swingline rebate forms using google but none had any contact info. Try contacting someone at Swingline. Here's a link with contact info: LINKY

Received three of my Staples BF rebates yesterday. Mailed them on 11/29 (sat) and received on 12/15 = 16 days. I think that's a record for me.

I ordered from Staples. I have a paper that says "this is not an invoice". Yet, the item numbers, merchandise and prices are on that slip. The only date is "shipping". Although it doesn't say, I think this may be the packing slip.

Does Staples generally send both an invoice and packing slip? And if so where does one locate the date of purchase?

thanks again

I've sent in copies of this packing slip in the past for rebates without problems. On my slips, the order date is shown in the Special Instructions box.

You could also go into your order status online and print out that I guess.

Is anyone familiar with rebates got for orders placed through the Small Business Side of Dell. I guess my question here is if the rebate checks are made out to the company or to the person?

Are can they requested eitherways

Last I saw they are making it out to the name on the rebate form. But it may not matter since the checks are made out to 'name' OR BEARER, at least it was on the check I got 2 weeks ago.

Ordered Hyundai L70S 17" LCD at Fry's / Outpost.com on 8/13/03 and mailed 2 $50 rebates in one envelope on 8/24/03. Yesterday called Hyundai Rebates at 408-232-8651. They say they never received it!!! At the Epinions site 3 people complain about this rebate being a scam.
Has anybody got a rebate check for that monitor from Hyundai ImageQuest America?

I'm a newbie to the rebates. A basic question about the rebates. I bought the following from CC all has mail in rebates.
1. battery pack
2. optical mouse
3. CD-RW drive

Two of the mail-in-rebates goes to the same CC address. I'm concerned that they may reject my rebate which went to the same CC address. Because in the rebate form it say's limit one per person/address etc.

Now my question is, is that 'Limit one per person' on the Rebate form is *only* for that particular item in that rebate form ? (or) does it mean that I can send only one rebate form for any item from my address to CC?

. i.e Can I send one rebate for optical mouse and another one for CD-RW drive to the same CC address.

Please clarify. Thanks a lot.

Many of the Circuity Cirty rebate form has the following in it. Can someone explain what does it mean? Can I submit multiple rebate forms for different items?

"Limit 1 rebate(s) or other promotional offer(s)
per person
per address
per household "

I got FIVE Staples rebates today from Black Friday stuff.

Paper Shredder ($20)
Hi-Val CD-RW (two $30 rebates)
100 Pack CD-Rs ($25)
100 Pack Slim Jewel Cases ($15)

Plus I used a coupon as well, so I made about $6 after tax from Staples 😀

The fastest one from Staples, Belkin wireless router with $50 rebate during their BF sale, mail out the paperwork on the first of December, and received the check today, the 22nd, so just 3 wks turn around.

Rebate from WD on the $200 WD hard drive on the way. Keeping fingers crossed😀

Also got $200 back from Amazon on phone. Time for Bank balance to go up 😀

Memorex Dual Format DVD burner from Staples
$20 MIR good from 11/02/2003 till 1/30/2004
Bought the DVD burner on 11/15
Mailed out on 11/18 to Young America, MN.
Received today, 12/23
5 weeks. Not too shabby.

My usual caveat, if it's a Viking rebate run. If it's a TCA rebate run. If it's a Viking/TCA rebate, RUN with arms flailing wildly in the air.

I'm still waiting for a

"FAR" Gigafast 20$ rebate submitted LATE AUGUST and a
30$ rebate for the Visiontek 9100 Extacy from mid september, both with the devil of all of these companies.... wheresmyrebate.com

I automatically pass over deals from these guys their' service is so abombidable.

HINT DO NOT TIE YOUR REBATES TOGETHER IN YOUR PROFILE WITH THEM!!!

If they see that you have multiple rebates, they hold them all to send at the same, absolute latest time... my august rebate should have been here for turkey day!!!

Rec'd both Epson rebates ($20 for C84 + $50 for C84 + camera) in record time. Epson rebates come in 4-6 weeks!!

My OM Far items from BF are trickling in from earierrebates.com. I'm still awaiting the OM "Max My Rebates" submissions from Oct. (The form with multiple products listed). Parago doesn't even show that they rec'd the documents. I just faxed in a resubmission.

Still awaiting $200 from WD/Dell. They're probably stalling until '04 when they have new budgets since this pgm. was an error.

My BF rebate from Staples (Parago) for $55 on 80g Maxtor was just denied because it said it wasn't purchased within the eligible dates. I'm looking at the receipt right now and it says "order date: 11/28/2003." Morons. :| Why do they do stuff like this? Just to try to scam people or what? They really think I'm not going to care?
