If a manufacturer lags on a rebate and doesn't provide contact information, is the retailer liable to compensate me?
Case in point - bought a $30 64MB USB pendrive in April from Fry's, with a $30 rebate. As of August, a report on a site said they had entered about "half" of the submissions.
It's been 7 months.
If I go to Fry's, can I make them give me the $30?
