My family all has a history of high BP/heart related issues etc. I had relatively high BP when I went to the doc for the first time in several years @ age 23. Was consisently around 130/85-135/95. I cut out most junk food, soda etc. Started watching sodium content a lot when shopping and cut back there as well. I do cardio usually 2-5x a week depending on the week. I've also lost about 15-20lbs. Now its always around 110/70-120/80. Actually just took it right now and was 117/81. I'm not a big fan of fruits so I rarely eat any, vegetables I try to eat my fair share of. My diet isn't exactly stellar but sadly compared to the average American these days it's probably pretty good lol.

I've heard taking fish oil helps blood pressure, I take it anyway everyday for that and other supposed benefits.

That's what's helped me, basically diet+exercise/weight are the key or that's what my experience led me to believe.
