Real or Rendered - Version V

Going with real on this one. If this is rendered it is really good. The door doesn't look exactly right, like maybe the hinge is a little out of position, but I still think it's real.

Real.

Possibly with professional lighting for photograph though. Too detailed - pipes on bottom of sink are not chrome or at least not polished however the wall plate is, top of corner between the two windows has water stain, area above tiles but below window is cracked.

Faucet handles look like the ones on my kitchen sink! (mine says "UPC brand" or something of the sort.)

Photograph for a real estate ad?

Given my failiure on the last one, I'm going to give this one a 'too close to call'. It really looks real, but there are some elements that are fake-looking, but could also be added from extensive touchups.

i actually agree--- everything outside the window looks real. The bathroom (especially the towel and door) look extremely fake.

Both towels also seem to hang identically, the near one and the far one.

yup,
they used the same model and changed one of em. The bar of soap looks fakey too.

yeah, it is a render

the door and the towels are the give away, also with a sun that bright as it is with the photograph used for the foilage 😛 there should be more contrast in the room with the lights and shadows.

it looks like some of the textures are real, the outside foliage loos real, but stuff like the towels and the lamp above the sink don't look real.

the real textures are the result of using radiosity. You can pretty much like scan in a picture and use that as the material for that object... giving it extreme reality. Of course, stuff like this takes lver 8 hrs to render completely...

Rendered, the towel just looks fake.

well... if applied right, that towel COULD look awesome... this guy jsut doesnt know much about the radiosity and global illumination tools
