Both towels also seem to hang identically, the near one and the far one.

its rendered no questions asked

its something about everything green that gives it away (not the leaves) ... the towels, the lamp shade, and especially the soap. the reflection on the soap does not look realistic, it looks too shiny or something.

i vote rendered!

and if you did this, holy crap that is amazing!!!

I think rendered. I believe that the plants are incorporated in from a "real" photo.

i'm going to say rendered because of the towels, but i could see how real life stills were incorporated into the shot.

Looks rendered.

The reflection in the mirror is washed out and I don't think it should be. It should be just as bright as the outside world.

this is tough, but its fake

sink is fake .... a bit shinny, but the part that gave it away is the plumbing
door is fake as well, no one would have a door like that in the bathroom, unless its the out house
towel on the door is fake as well .... it does not sit properly nor cast a shadow
bar of soap is fake, its "glowing" a bit much
second towel is fake, its texture is similar to the one on the door and it hangs exactly like the one on the door
I would also say the lamp is fake ..... it just looks fake
