BTW if anybody knows where to get the DVI connectors, share the info please. I've just emailed ATI (they're online store doesn't carry it), and hoping they'll give me an answer, but who knows how many days that'll take.

Yea it was a GREAT DEAL.. 32meg AIW are about $400 here.. i saved $325!!!

it's just a small pain to order the DVI converter but no biggie.


 
hey kaiser, if you have a spare 64mb raedon i'll pay what you paid for it and pay for your Div connectors =) actually that goes for anyone who might have a spare one.. i'd also pickup the tab on shipping =)
 
Yeah, i drove there.. only about an hour drive, and was very easy to find.

these were an awesome deal if there's nothing wrong with them. haven't checked yet, been too busy writing a paper, but i've already seen the 64meggers being sold on the newsgroups for $325 Cdn.

Also, maybe Kaiser_Sose or somebody could update this thread if any more come in, rather than having everybody whose interested in it keep calling them. Getting hundreds of calls for an out of stock product would piss me off, and it looks like they're only a two man operation.

And if anymore does come in, i WILL pick some up for any that needs it. I think another AIW would be nice for my little brother's computer, never thought about it at the time (i only had 3 hours of sleep before i went to pick up the cards today)😱.



 
BTW, thanks for the number Kaiser_Sose... i'll order a DIV Connector tomorrow, even though i think that's highway robbery. I really expected that connector to be at MOST $20... not $50. Still, works out to be an awesome deal even at $50.

oh yeah, u know for the vid in and vid out things, do we need the cables that came with the radeon, or should any cable work fine?

Meaning, are the jacks special ones, or just regular old jacks
 
any s-vid cable will work.. if you want that fancy dancy purple box thingy you have to order that... (i didn't ask the price when i called ATI)...

oh yea.. this place has other cheap ATI cards.. like 8 meg AIW's are $30 and i got a couple TV Wonder VE's for $9 each last week.

only prob is they come with no software... 🙁

do u get a discount or something? cuz the AIW 8 meg PCIs that i saw today were 40, still a good deal, but 30 sounds so much better

there were 2 boxes one for $30 one for $39...

i know the Tv Wonders were $9 for sure cuz i have the bill right here.

If someone could hook me up with a 32MB card, I would be very much appreciative. I'll either throw in some good, cold cash to cover shipping costs and time involved, or if anyone needs a 3-port powered USB hub with a builtin Ethernet adapter, I'll give you that + cost of the card and shipping 🙂
