Man, just when I was about to add three P4 2.4s to my remote herd.

Oh Well, guess I'll turn the AC off, and enjoy the nice cool fall weather with the windows open 😎

Woohoo!! I hope the DNet screensaver I still have running on my Mom's machine 3000 miles away will automatically start crunching OGR only...

Whew, I had just started pumping out blocks again about a month ago. I wanted to be there for the end.

Anywho, I guess OGR will benefit from my lack of getting around to uninstall pproxy/client for a while. 😉

Good job fellas. We would have one the team race if the DPC didn't recruit using those 'exposed cow painted pictures'. 😱

Or maybe not...

Congrats team and I am glad to know many of you...

Wolfie

Don't forget SETI installed they own 100Meg pipe so stheir shouldn't be any bandwidth problems for sometime😉

I just thought ,I have my own (very) little RC5 account ,haven't looked at it in ages!

Found it!

Congrats to all you RC-5 guys it was a long hard fight and we held onto #2, that is an awesome accomplishment!😎

Ack! The daily routine takes a hit and the home machine won't be running 24/7. (Fun to see the big rigs got upstaged by a little rig. 😉 )

Sigh. It's over.

rc5-72 is 256 times tougher than rc5-64. That virtually turns my K7 to a 386. 🙁

Better not advertise that your windows are open 😉 I might just have to sneak over there and install something of MY choice😉😛

Double BTW Congrats to ALL the RC5 TeAm on a job WELL DONE! 😀😀😀

LOL, I had a feeling something was up when stats were not updating... because stats have been running great the last few weeks.

I recall nugget saying they wouldn't announce the "winning" key by breaking stats server... so I didn't think anything of it 🙂

Just checked my last saved stats sheet, 1172 days worth of RC5 cracking. Wow, time sure flies 🙂

I knew something was wrong because I run a copy of NetStatLive by AnalogX all the time, and it tells me the CPU utilization. Suddenly it wasn't 100%. It's always 100%. Then I looked into and realized that dnetc was no longer crunching. So sad, yet so good!

I too feel kind of lost. There must be a dozen machines out there that I no longer have access to that are futilely running dnetc. I used TACube install disks, and I think they put priority 0 on everything but RC5.

Well. Congratulations everyone. I know I was doing this for at least 3 years.

Wow so many sightings!!! 😀

C'mon get the word around! Get the guys in here for a party. Let's do a bit of cut and paste for those that can't be with us and we would so much like them to be here - Dennilfloss et al!

Virge mentioned Jackal - whatever happened to him? I remember the great sigs he used to use back in UBB days.

😀

Ok this is just great. I know I have already spoke about the project. Now I want to speak about the members that have posted in here. CCR Sr, Killowatt, NeO, jonB, NWM, Mech, ViRGE, Brad, and some of the other members here have been here since I have started. And I do have to say, that it was a pleasure to work on this project with you fine folk. Now I just hope we all stick together and we work on something else. Even if we do other projects, we will still be a team. Congrats go to all!!!

Hey, has anybody seen Slahr Dzhe around? I think his clients (both versions 462 and 463) are still hammering my pproxy for RC5 blocks. Or it could be somebody named Leonard Stohr. Any idea who this is? Please let them know if you see them. Thanks.

Well, I was in the project for 20 days. Im quite a veteran you could say. Ill be changing to SETI now.

I'll drop him a word. Hey... Clueless sighting! 😀

woot! congrats to TA rc5!!

now lets get eccp finished and out of the way, hopefully with a TA member or two winning 🙂

I can't wait to see the stats of the other projects in the next few days.. hopefully we'll start pulling away from bbr in seti, move up a few ranks in eccp, and improve in the rest of the projects 🙂

this is definately a day I didnt expect to see anytime soon 😛

I think every one of us will remember where we were when we heard that rc5-64 had finished....
😉 😛
