What's he supposed to do? Take the grievous bodily harm or death? Nope, he behaved like he should have and how anybody should when faced with such a vicious attack.

From a couple of unarmed woman half his size? One punch to the gut or head would have taken either down. Beating them relentlessly while they were down with an iron rod was way over the line.

That was one of the most violent acts I've seen on tape. I can't believe people are defending that piece of shit.

Let's not forget he murdered a 17-year-old in cold blood and shot an 8-year-old back in 2000.

He got sucker punched by a girl. He works in the service industry so if he can't take a little trash talk from the customer he needs to find a new line of work. He didn't look too calm with a pole in his hand, he looked a little too comfortable and seemed to enjoy what he was doing to the point he had no self control.

Now if they started stabbing him, but all means beat them down.

You do know you'll typically die if you get stabbed in the vitals, right? I encourage you to wait until you are stabbed before defending yourself against 2 against 1 conditions.

Yup, lets wait to get stabbed first before you fight back. I dont think its the trash talk part that set him off, i think its the fact that they jumped the counter and chased after him.

Yeah, threat is gone when I say it's gone, not when someone else decides. If I feel it's beating someone til death, that's when I feel the threat was gone, who are you or anyone else to decide? Arbitrary bullshit. He didn't kill them, he didn't severely hurt them, but he beat them down so they couldn't get back up and hurt him. No problems there.

If these women didn't want to get beat down, if they don't want to die, they'll be far more careful who they open up on in the future because some people will not be as reserved as Rayon McIntosh was.

I just watched this video again, this time with audio. Earlier in the day I saw it without audio. I didnt realize how many more hits he scored on the girls until now, but I also heard the aggressiveness of the girl(s) even more vividly depicted in the audio. The girls plain started a fight, jumped the counter and got beat down. You can't get more simple than that. Kudos to the guy for defending himself. I don't care if it is man or woman, when it is two against one, anything goes in a fight. As for those two ghetto women (and I use this term loosely), if you act like animals in public and you might get taught a painful lesson administered through the end of a metal rod. Next time they'll learn to keep their hands to themselves.

What does the guy's history have anything to do with it ? For the mistakes he made previously he served his time. This is a guy not slinging drugs or thugging out on the streets. He's trying to get his life together by working at McDonalds as a cashier. These two twats threaten to cut the guy and went after him over the counter while one of them went around the other way to get him from behind. He should've cracked the skull of the other bitch too.

Of course the potential to be killed is there. I don't know what was going on before the tape started to roll, but I'm guessing he said something rude to them or they said something rude to him and the fight began. So if those two girls came in with the intent to kill that guy they would have produced a knife before getting their ass handed to them.

If they had a gun he would have been shot a lot sooner then before those two hit the floor.

And it wasn't exactly two on one. That one girl took like 30 minutes to walk around the counter. By that time the first girl who jumped the counter was beat down.

Hell it looks like the only one posing a thread is the guy with the iron. His 3 co-workers even look afraid of him.

You need to read the back story. You see these fine young lady's presented sir gentlemen a note of tender to pay for requested food/service. As a representative of his employer in fine establishment did gentlemen verify if said legal tender was indeed tender, as per requirements of his employment.

Young ladies were then "disrespected" by fine sir, by order of his employer. This act, by said fine gentlemen, under order of his employer, in a place he was legally allowed to be, as a condition of his employment, caused the females to feel "disrespected" and believe their tender was viewed at not legal. The females then, in their aire or disrepectness, felt they should teach representative of said services a lesson in respect.

One should not show disrespect to an urban youth, nor give a hint of disrespect. You see, if you do then it is your fault and if they viciously attack you then it is your fault.

I would have shot them both dead when they attacked me.

Who got disrespected now broke arm and head ghetto trash? Who now?

You need to play the movie over again. The girl you say took 30 minutes to walk around the counter, in fact, was the first to get dropped. She gets whacked at :36 and falls at :38. Then the girl who first jumped the counter falls immediately after. That's a two-on-one fight.

I've seen the bolded part repeated in this thread a few times. Exactly how was he to know for certain those women were unarmed? Do they search people for weapons before they can enter a McDonald's now?

Even being unarmed, that doesn't prevent them from stomping on someone's head and killing them. Clearly they were extremely aggressive. Would YOU want to fight against both of them with nothing but your hands?

i would have acquitted him too.

jumping the counter was deliberate attempt to cause harm to him, and he fulfilled his duty to retreat.

would it be any different if instead of coming back to the front with the rod, that he backed into the corner of the kitchen and said 'stop or ill whip yo ass!'

you know sheniqua and yolanda would still come at him if theyve already jumped the counter.

Stop hitting them. They were injured and he had 2-3 co-workers and several customers that could assist if needed. They were never a real threat to anyone, the threat of a metal rod alone would have made them run out of the store. The beating was pure adrenalin and instinct, of course it was instinct of a convicted murderer.

The best way to stop people from acting like wild animals is to stop treating them like one. The way some of you are cheering about people being beat on the floor make me think you see the color of the skin and your personal bias takes over. If these were pretty upscale white woman being beat by a black man your tune would change,as would the courts.

They guy was defending himself after HE retreated and the thugs charged his retreated position.

We need more people like this in these communities that let people run around acting a fool.

It sad that McDonald's and the franchise owner jumped the gun in this case.
