Just because they take breaks doesn't entitle you to be paid for not doing work too. Seriously.

?What?

They're essentially getting paid to stand around smoking. That's stealing, IMO. The company is paying them to work. They're not working, but the company is still paying them.

Right?

Yes, but I was stating that smokers and non smokers get small breaks if they ask me.

The thing is, Dairy Queen doesn't get that much business. As the head dishwasher you are not doing them any favors. If you ever that that head fry cook position at McDonald's, where they are busier, you won't be able to let them take so many breaks.

WTF? I know you cannot afford to eat out much, BUT I did not say I worked at a fast food establishment.
Friday's, chili's, on the border, steak and ale, outback = casual dining.

Decency and respect have no place in OT. Lifers know this and the rest of us profit.

Nah, he just hates me for no reason. Funny how no one ever asks me WHY I work for the family business.

Why do you work for the family business?

Thank you!

First of all,I do not work for my father. I work for my father in law.

Why?

Because he needed someone to help out in the family business for a while. He needed someone he could trust, so he asked me to help him out.
