Well another thing to consider is that this will bolster lagitamite porn sites that actually have contractual agreements with it's models/workers in writing. So some sites like penthouse or playboy will still be ok, but it is probably the cheaper/free sites that will be left out in the cold since they probably make money off the advertisement. So if people over the age of 18 want to voice their free speach rights then a system needs to be created that varifies the age of the participent. It needs to be more than self reporting since identity theft can occur. There needs to be a mechinism created that allows for freedom of speech that isn't cost prohibitive. But the thing with much of the Internet is that it is anonamus and people like it that way. In the end I think you will see that online sites that use traditional means of porn, where the model actually verifies their age and has a binding contract will come out better. So look for sites like playboy to make a comeback. Also traditional outlets usually won't allow certain things to be posted, printed, etc. they have lawyers that give them guidelines that they follow to keep lawsuits from happening. Perhaps it is the government who wishes to keep porn as clean as possiable and I can't really blame them. Some of the suff that is out there on some of those sites is sick by most reasonable peoples standards. Underage people need to be protected, but adults also should have the freedom of free speech.
