Uh, I don't think so. The main thing in purple drank is an opiod (painkiller), and that makes you feel extremely good, not go fuckin nuts. I'd guess PCP or something like that.

And jumping out of the second story to commit suicide? What the fuck's wrong with the twenty second story? Must've been the drugs I guess.
 
OK, I get the attempted suicide and all, but what's up with cutting off the johnson? Did he just commit some sex crime that he felt bad for? Make no sense, but killing oneself doesn't make a lot of sense either...
