10/25 i order a 512mb sd card with a 20 rebate, rebate needs to be postmarked before 2nd week of purchase
10/26 i receive a tracking # (yay!) and they even charged my credit card. tracking # says usps notified of shipment, etc, etc...
11/8 no card. same info from tracking # "usps notified of shipment, etc, etc..."
11/15 still no card. look on website, says to submit a claim it takes 21 days after notice of shipping. okie...
11/23 i go on the website to submit a claim
11/30 i call them to see whats going on. csr (in incomprehensible english) says they cant do anything about it now since i submitted a claim, and i have to wait 15 days to find out what happened to my order. i tell them that my rebate is invalid, and the csr says they cant do anything and i have to wait for the result of my claim.
WTF?! its taking > 1 month to get something that should have come in a couple days? its a freakin' memory card!! the rebate's invalid now, and the csr's aren't doing anything for their customer. the tracking # still says "usps notified of shipment, etc, etc..." which basically means that the usps were notified of getting such an item with that #, but they haven't received it yet :| :| :|
