I sincerely hope Christie loses a bit of pound and run for the office. While I think he's fine but lots people tend to have fat-phobia. Rand Paul as a major party candidate for the U.S. president would be a travesty.

Christie disgusts me. I would never vote for him, obese or not.

No he wouldn't. He has ideas on how to fix this country and will take a stand against the status quo. He is much better than the other crap that is out there.

No he won't. Then again, come on do you seriously think Obama or Hillary are not interventionist warmongers? If anything Hilary is part of the establishment just like Obama. For Rand to backtrack on his statements and votes would mean he'd lose a lot of credibility.

This guy looks smart. And dangerous. He would be the Stewie Griffin of presidents. Was he voted most likely to bring about the apocalypse in school?

BRING ON PAUL!!!!
Cause... Hillary is our man, er, woman.
And Paul will ensure Hillary is elected the first female president in US history. Period.
You can take that to the bank.
Plus, Christie carries a lot of baggage. All you need is the key, the keys, and whoops, sorry Charlie.
He has a tempor, is the one blockade standing in the way of SS marriage in NJ.
(That will come back to haunt him big time)

HILLARY 2016
This will come to pass. Get over it...

He does. Maybe he'll get a NSA secret decoder ring for his support.

I've gotten to the point where I don't see the system allowing for intelligent, independent and ethical leaders but as I once heard said I'd piss on a spark plug if it thought it would help. Hillary ain't it.

Christie goes after the libertarian wing including Paul! It is quite a stretch to designate Paul "a libertarian," but nonetheless:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...hristie-goes-after-libertarians-hard/?hpid=z2

He even cares for widows and orphans!

“You can name any one of them that’s engaged in this,” he said. “I want them to come to New Jersey and sit across from the widows and the orphans and have that conversation. … I’m very nervous about the direction this is moving in.”

Kind of interesting his first examples are widows and orphans. Perhaps he is a secret Marxist?

(No offense to widows and orphans. I just thought Christie's real-world knowledge in 2013 is somewhat lacking)

That would be the only way for the repubs to win the general election is if Hillary was a one.

I'll be surprised if she runs in 2016 as she will be 69 by then. As well as she has already had several fainting spells and who's to say whether her health may keep her from running.

Lot of good Rand Paul will do for a party that wont even vote to stop the rogue govt from spying on citizens carte blanche.

Rand Paul is a nobody at this point, and will always remain a nobody. I find it quite humorous that he is even a choice for Republican Party nomination. I find it quite humorous that the Republican party still exists.

<-- Ron Paul supporter.
