Once Radlinker is installed, goto a games exe file and right click on it. There will be a new entry in the right click menu "Create Radlink file". In that same directory(note: you can do the same with a games shortcut, but the Radlink file always gets created in the same directory as the games exe) a Radlink file of the name of the games exe will be created. Right click on the Radlink file and select Properties. In the Properties are tabs for setting Overclocking, Direct3D, OpenGL, and other settings.
I just installed it, Radclocker2010.msi, even rebooted after. But when I right-click ut2004.exe there is no 'Create Radlink File'. Just the things in there from WinRAR like 'add to xxx.zip', etc...
There was no options in the setup program for specifying if integrating into shell or what have you... It just installed.
Yeah I see where you can boot the overclock speeds just I'm not sure if I feel comfortable booting an o/c speed that might possibly be too high. I've just been manually going to radlinker before I go and play a game each time.
