radeon 8500 or 9200?

Thanks, I got carried away with it for sure. Only used a small handful of spikes in the framing. It's mostly screws throughout. If you're doing framing, you must dabble in other carpentry, no?

But anyway, do you have a good source for student discounts on Windows XP?

no, i got xp with my computer from dell, by me saying it isnt free, i meant it's in use currently...

wow, i never knew radeon 8500s still performed as well as a 9200. i had this oldazz card for years and it sucks now.. well, compared to before!! i remember buying it for like $200+

anyway, goodluck mate!!!!

i thought an 8500 was comparable (if not better) than a GF4 4200, and way better than a GF3

at least in 3dmarks

Geforce 4 4200 will blow the pants off of a 8500 in most games...although they might be close in 3dmark...but when was the last tiem you played that?
