racist nordstrom ad?

The white guy is wearing traditional clothing associated with the upper class and the black guy is wearing hipster like clothing that makes him look silly or odd in some ways. The white guy is laughing while his thumb is pointing at the black guy. The store is also Nordstrom. Individually they might only be subtle racism but together they seem to add up as insulting and prejudiced.

Deal with it. Race card has expired and I no longer give a shit. That's what happens when you abuse the race card.

And no, the ad is not racist. Anyone that thinks the ad is racist, is most likely the racist.

Plus the black guy has a scarf ready to go as a mask when he wants to commit some crime and clearly has shifty eyes.

I see nothing wrong with the ad. You're looking too hard to try and find find or create racism where it isn't if you see it in this ad, in my opinion.

i'd say you are the racist one actually, not the ad.

They should just remove the white men from everything since its racist to have them anywhere/w anything. They should just be hidden from society, working, paying taxes, like good little boys.

Nordstrom is basically known as a snobbish store and this ad seems like it is hinting at racism here.

What's really sad is I think you're serious. Are you fucking kidding? Really? Good Lord the pussification of America is rampant.

official nordstrom story:

the guy in the foreground is looking for a handjob. he believes the guy on the right is up for it because of the scarf and partially tucked in shirt ( indicating some sort of recent backdoor shenanigans ). guy in background is satisfied.

So, norse, it looks like literally nobody here agrees with you except for naer, who is also well-known as an idiot. Hamburgerboy came in on your side, technically, but I think we (everyone but you) can all agree that wasn't his genuine opinion.

and this

The cut of the jacket reminds me of the abomination called skinny jeans. Aside from the grungy model putting his hand in his pocket, you couldn't carry a pen in that thing without creating a bulge. The shiny (excuse me, polished) look of the material combined with the large pinstripe, screams hipster who's work forces me to wear a jacket. In regards to racism, norse might want to check his own closet. 🙂

The only thing I gather from this ad is: if you're a man, don't shop at Nordstrom, because they only sell horrible fucking clothes.
