I think the entire thing was staged.. Why would he drive by one of them with his window OPEN waiting to get smacked? Not only that, but they were filming from multiple angles in the parking lot, and his passenger was filming them as well. I don't think a bunch of illegal immigrants would just jump in to a vehicle with someone filming them.
