...they were speeding... They being the guys on bikes. Car driver was making a left, and misjudged their speed. Guess he stupidly assumed they were going the speed limit or something. How could the car driver know they were going SO MUCH over the speed limit? IMO, if a cop were writing tickets, they'd both get one.

Speeding or not, it's the cars fault. Besides, we know hardly any information. Maybe they were going 65 in a 55. You're probably one of those people who does 65 in the left lane because it's illegal for anyone to go faster and by golly they aren't going to do it with you around.

meh. you don't know how fast they were going any better than i do. doesn't matter, you pull out in front of someone, the accident is your fault. guy should've stopped long enough to gauge their speed.
