*somewhat graphic as theres basically a dead guy on the road*

Save target as... 36mb

"I'm the one who filmed this nasty accident. I was returning with 2 of my
friends from a local race 350 km away from my town. These guys were
returning also, they came just to watch the race. The road is very nice,
good quality and twisty. Here is the driver fault, the guy in red leather
said that they were speeding and this driver wanted to take left, he first
stopped, and they thought that he is gonna wait until they pass, but in the
next second he pushed the gas pedal thinking he has time to pass....and this
horrible accident happend. The lady is ok now. I don't know about the driver
but he is guilty and he must be judged for killing a man.

This guy with Yamaha was riding pretty fast but well...he passed by us in a
curve and he put he's knee down...they were pretty good. I can say that on
that bike you could find whatever you wanted, steel brake lines, steering
damper, full akrapovic exhaust, michelin pilot power tires,
quickshfter...everything money could buy, tha bike was new. Also the rider
had all equipment, full leathers, gloves, boots, helmet but nothing could
save him from the accident. We arrived after 1 or 2 minutes after the
accident, we tried to help the guy but it was useless...and then i took my
cam and start filming. Everybody was shocked, i haven't seen such a wrecked
bike. The front wheel was stucked in the cars wheel, everything was cracked.
Ambulance arrived after 15 or 20 minutes, police same...this is because the
main cities were situated at 30 and 40 km away. But i don't know if the guy
could be saved. One of my friends is saying there that he saw him shaking and
then giving his last breath. He was really shocked about this.
From what i've understood after the accident is that the guy was really bad
injured inside his body, many organs destroyed. He was a rich man from one
of Romania big cities, he was manager of 3 companies he was 27 year old and
motorcycle was just a hobby for weekends. But this hobby killed him. "

edit: wow, massive accidentage, he had to be going ridiculasly fast. That guy's hands turned blue by the end of the video, kind of morbid. That lady in the car looked like she was injured pretty bad, and her son took a good hit to the neck, he was still bleeding by the end of the video. who caused the accident? Feel bad for the guy riding the bike.

Can't say I'm sorry. I know a guy who is in a local motorcycle club and he is always mentioning injuries and deaths of local riders. Most of them are donig really stupid things. One was doing 120mph on a surface street in the early morning and T-boned a car. Cleaning up stupidity, I guess.

EDIT: Wait, is it the fault of the driver of the car or not? I can't tell by his writing.

Bad accident, it's a shame to see another motorcycle accident. I almost wish there were roads especially for bikes just to protect them from the losers in cars that can't drive.

For those that know how to ride, when they're making those raelly sharp angled turns, do their knees actually touch the ground and they have some kind of rollers on the pads or are they just really really close?

Well according to the camera guy its the car's fault... its the typical car makes left and motorcycle hits it accident.

The knees have a special protection. They actually do drag the ground.

Those are called sliders and anyone doing that on main public streets is .

these sport bike riders are all about the adrenaline rush. I was on a highway in the middle lane doing at least 70mph and there was a car to my left - we were almost side by side... a series of bikers decide to come zooming by... one of them actually went between us while were doing 70mph on a semi-turn... I was like WTF... does he trust us that much ???? He was doing a body lean (not touching the ground though) so he could stay in control... yeah you're cool, but you can also be dead in a split second and it wouldn't even be your mistake (so to speak).

I can't say the riders of these things are the brightest ones of the bunch. If they really cared for their lives or cared about their families, they wouldn't be riding. I used to have aspirations of learning until all the death stories. No matter who's fault, they usually lose.

:(, always sad to see a fellow auto enthusiast die, but he shouldn't have been so wreckless.

It helps me understand that it could happen to me any day, or any time. While I do not drive a Motorcycle, my car is very small, and with those huge SUVs, I could easily be crushed/killed on the spot with a major accident, even if it wasn't my fault.

*sigh*

EDIT: Motorcycles are cool, and I would love a crotch rocket, but the idea of being Road Pizza does not appeal to me.

I may burn that to DVD for my brother.

He's almost 18 & wants to get himself a bike to avoid spending as much on gas.

I keep trying to talk him out of it, as much as I understand the appeal of bikes (not the gas for me :D) I also know I don't trust other people enough to ride around without a cage.
