for some strange reason, i am reminded of this quote from the movie tommy boy -

"A guarantee is only as good as the man who writes it." (or even a warranty in this case)

And like Tommy says, he can take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed if it would make the customer happy, just so they have that guarantee to make them feel all warm and snuggly when they go to bed at night... but youve still got just crap in a box.
