Quitting smoking is getting easier...

i haven't smoked since yesterday...and now that i'm kinda drunk it's even worse

why did i ever start this dreadful habit

and as some of you may remember, this isn't the first time i've "quit"...this time i'm gonna do it though :crossesfingers;

i don;t even know why i'm posting this, it;s not like anyone is gonna say anything that will make this any easier 😕

guess i just had to share

--------

well, i'm on day 2 now...i went around my house and got rid of my ashtrays and pitched my cigars in the trash

today feels a bit easier than yesterday, for some reason

--------

day 3 is underway, and i don't even really feel like smoking

this is getting easier and easier 🙂

--------

almost halfway into day 4 now and i'm pretty sure i have this licked...i still think about smoking every now and again, but they're getting further and further between...the first 3 days were the most difficult, it can only get better from here 😀

thx for your support ATOT

--------

ugh, i drank too much wine last night and now i'm paying for it :disgust:

day 5 is now officially underway 🙂

i'm gonna stop posting daily updates now that i've made it this far...i'll probably update again when i feel like i've reached a milestone important enough to note

my father quitted smoking for good when he found out i got asthma. he was the reason i got asthma.

he truly cared about me. that was very nice of him to throw his cigarette boxes away in return to keep my healthy.

my mom quit when she found out she was pregnant with me...hasn't smoked since

don't be a puss. I quit on the 1st of January. Still clean!

Take up running, and cut down on your drinking (cause its especially hard when youre wasted and eve4ryoens smokign around you)

I find that if I don't smoke for a while then go for a run my lungs feel really clean and I don't feel like a cig for a while.

a lot of times a cancer diagnosis will make a smoker quit.

Or just dont hang out with smokers. Nobody in my family smokes. None of my friends smoke. Why the fvck do people smoke? What a waste of money and lungs.

I dont know anyone that smokes and are glad that they smoke.

I have a keen sense of smell, and in particular, for a couple days every month, I am reminded that when I smoked, my sense of smell was duller.
