i have japanese friends, but as a general rule, i don't buy japanese cars etc. i have resigned myself to the fact that i will not be able to avoid all japanese products completely, but i draw the line at cars.

thats pretty lame. you should avoid german products while your at it. and perhaps middle east oil... atleast that would be current. and oh yes, chinese products, they are still an oppressive regiem commiting all sorts of idiotic sh*t to this very day😛

Yeah seriously, that's a pretty narrowminded mindset to have, especially in this day and age. You should give this a bit more thought, you can find reasons in history to feel that way about anyone.

There NEVER was glory in war. Most soldiers thought there was, but they found out otherwise in WWI. Maybe you could say early greek warfare where it was just a few people and some helpers had some glory in it, but once you hit hoplite warfare all the glory is gone.

Sorry to hear it. However, this could be said of damn near anyone... Jews about Germans, African Americans &amp; Native Americans about all caucasians, etc. The farther back in history you go, the more examples you have. If you want to hate a race, hate the human one - you'd be justified in that.
