quick question..

You can only do it if the message was sent and remains on the same exchange server. Otherwise, you are screwed.
 
remember though, that the person will still be able to see the original email. it will only say at the top "this message was recalled".

Unless he replaces the message with another. Of course it depends on which email is read first.
