quick question..

How do you recall a message in microsoft outlook?

You can only do it if the message was sent and remains on the same exchange server. Otherwise, you are screwed.

Open the email you sent and click on Action. Now select Recall this message.

remember though, that the person will still be able to see the original email. it will only say at the top "this message was recalled".

Unless he replaces the message with another. Of course it depends on which email is read first.

he didnt say, he just approached my desk and asked if i knew how and i just started laughing at him
