It's coming up EVERY TIME I reload. And on dialup/non-subscriber I have to watch it for 5-10 seconds before the page loads~~~!!!

I don't see it, and am a non-subscriber...added a bunch of websites to my hosts file, and haven't seen banner since....only 404 pages 😛

Wow, thats 3/4 of your income! I only save about 20% or so. But I have a huge truck / small truck / bills / yada yada.
 
heh.. just add all the hosts from the images to your hosts file with 127.0.0.1 as the ip, problem solved. 🙂
