Eh? Statistics are a bunch of BS. I got into UCLA with a 3.28 GPA (unweighted, honors/AP courses), and a 1380 SAT Score. Oh yeah, this was for mechanical engineering. But I decided to go to UCI instead for the ICS program.... *shrug* Of course getting really good grades and scores can't hurt but theres always just chance/luck IMO... the UC system acceptance policy is just wierd like that.
