question on dell returns?

i ordered a laptop on June 23. it was delivered on the 29th. i've used it for couple days. i remember reading that dell offer a 30 day money back if not satisfy? is that true? because i don't really want this one anymore. are there any catches to this rule if there there is a 30 day money back? i also used my dell preferred account.

thanks. but what are the terms and conditioins to it? i want to contact dell but its close for the weekend. if they let, then i'm going to purchase another laptop this week since its on sale at office depot
 
forgot to ask that the main thing i need to know is when does the 21 day start. the day i receive it the laptop or the order date?
