You have to get it from a doctor. It's not sold over the counter, legally anyway.

the morning after pill is obtained from a doctor or a clinic and must be taken within 72 hours for it to work. you cannot buy it over the counter.

for students it's $ 35 I think....

yeah, i would say that Planned Parenthood, or a clinic with similar interests/concerns would be your best bet. My girl and I were looking into that a while back, just to be informed. It's totally confidential, and I think that you'd feel more "comfortable" (as can be, in that situation), knowing taht you're in a place that knows and cares about what's going on.

on that note, do insurance companies/HMOs cover the pill? not the morning after pill (which is just a high dosage of normal birth control pills) but like the perscription for it.

that's actually not necessarily true, in washington state, it is legally sold without a prescription. i'm pretty sure other states were looking at this, and may have even implemented this policy.

Ahhhh nothing like being able to have some fun without the responsibility. If you're gonna play the game be prepared for the results or take precautions before. You don't have to kill an innocent fetus just because you didn't think things through before you got your dipstick wet.

Morning after pill: Get pill for cheap, take it. Done.

Abortion: Go to clinic, pay a lot more money, go through some nastiness.

Another thing is that the vast majority of sexual encounters will not result in a pregnancy. Abortion is aborting a real fetus - chances are very high that genocide didn't even get this girl pregnant anyway.

I'm just pointing somet things out.

The morning after pill takes effect BEFORE the egg is fertilized though... or at least before anything actually grows. Fetus or not you right to lifer's can't argue about killing an egg and blood cells on this one without looking incredibly insane.

On another note, i kill millions of little lives which we call sperm every day....
