Nah, just don't see it that way at all. Yes Trump does himself few favors, but then, he's not completely fake and manufactured like Billary so there will be more material.
Your delusional! There was nobody in the republican field who WANTED to be POTUS who would have given Hillary problems! The smart money was those who could have given Hillary problems had issues of their own and did not want to stand up to the scrutiny of people looking through your entire past for screw ups! Not worth the trouble!I am not going to pile on and say "I told you so", just asking a serious question... How did you think this would turn out?
Trump really hasn't done anything out of character. This is who he is, and who we all knew he always was. There have been no surprises at all, other than him winning the republican primaries. I am just wondering what you guys expected to happen... Did you think he would suddenly start acting like a mature reasonable adult after the convention? Did you see him getting any respect at all on the world stage, or not being combative in every situation he comes across? I mean really, how did you see this ending? Its really a shame because there were some good reps in the field like Kasich that really could have given corrupt Hilary a problem, and likely won the oval office.

You seem to be repeatedly and purposely missing the point that those "brown people" actually are a big factor in the problem in question. Lots of people are sneaking over our borders and millions are here without legal authorization. Yes there are plenty of lilly white western Europeans overstaying visas also but there's no reason to handle them differently than we would a Mexican/Guatemalan/whoever who came across our border via coyote trafficker. Maybe you can start by acknowledging it as a legitimate problem before you start throwing out Hitler comps.
I don't even agree to that. I think you and anyone that supports deporting 11 million+ people are completely misunderstanding "the problem" and underestimating the value they add and the vacuum they are here filling.
Then repeal our immigration laws and make the country completely open border, I'm game for that also. But you won't do that either which means people like you create the worst of all possibilities where you can hire illegals for cheap to be your Manhattan house cleaners but can still lord over the implicit threat of their status to keep them in line. Enjoy holding those "value adders" hostage to their immigration status for the rest of time, that's really compassionate of you.
It is turning out better than if I had voted for the Canadian or Bush or any other Fake Conservative running for office.
People like me? This was created by Ronald Reagan... and Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2, Obama all followed the same policy. Those are the last 5 most powerful men on Earth... I am just a normal citizen.
For all intents and purposes, we have basically had open borders for 30+ years, you cant just "put the water back in the faucet". its done. It already happened. All I am saying is that it isnt all bad. The issues in the country are not caused by these immigrants, no matter how much the right wants to blame them.
Sure it's created by people like you. Demand and vote for leaders that will either enforce our immigration laws or that will repeal them entirely, if you don't then you are part of the problem. Don't try to pawn it off on a President, they got there because of votes from those like you.
"Mexican' or "Muslim" aren't designations of race, nor were "Jew" or "Romani" like Hitler had the hard-on for. There's also the minor little factual detail that illegal immigrants have a completely different status and legal remedy than native born German Jews who committed no crimes. If you think deporting someone who broke immigration laws is akin to sticking a child into an oven then you need to reexamine your internal gauges to correctly be able to tell justice from crimes against humanity.
Am I the only person who sees shades of Hitler in Trump?
A Mussolini or Pinochet maybe, not a Hitler.

Former VP Cheney
The former vice president Cheney seemed to hold Clinton in high regard. During an appearance on Fox News Sunday, Cheney told host Chris Wallace of Clinton: “I have a sense that she is one of the more competent members of the current administration, and it would be interesting to speculate about how she might perform were she to be president.” Cheney also suggested that, if elected, Clinton might be easier for Republicans to work with than Obama.
Paul Ryan
Back in January 2013, though, Ryan was fresh off a losing presidential ticket when he suggested that Hillary Clinton in the White House would have ensured a return to a balanced budget. “Look, if we had a Clinton presidency, if we had Erskine Bowles as chief of staff of the White House or president of the United States, I think we would have fixed this fiscal mess by now,” Ryan said.
Carly Fiorina
Carly Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard chief executive has her own history of complimenting the former secretary of state. In 2008, while campaigning for John McCain, Fiorina said: “Having started as a secretary and eventually become a chief executive officer, I not only have great admiration and respect for Hillary Clinton and her candidacy and her leadership, but I also have great empathy, I must tell you, for what she went through.”
Orrin Hatch
The most senior Republican in the U.S. Senate, Orrin Hatch will not only lead the Senate Finance Committee in 2015 but will become president pro tempore of the Senate, making him third in line in presidential succession. In 2010, when Clinton was being floated as a possible Supreme Court nominee and Hatch was the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Utah senator said of his former colleague: “I happen to like Hillary Clinton; I think she’s done a good job for the… secretary of state’s position, and I have high respect for her and think a great deal of her.”
John McCain
The 2008 Republican presidential nominee and longtime Arizona senator has long had a cordial relationship with Hillary Clinton. Indeed, Clinton once described McCain as “her favorite Republican.” The affinity goes both ways. In 2011, at a breakfast sponsored by The Christian Science Monitor, McCain praised Clinton as “an international star” who has done “a tremendous job” as secretary of state. He also later told to CBS News, “I respect Secretary/Senator Clinton; I respect her views.”
Condoleezza Rice
Rice has praised Clinton, who succeeded her as secretary of state in 2009, on several occasions and said repeatedly that Clinton was “doing a fine job.” In 2010, she told Bill O’Reilly: “Hillary Clinton is someone I’ve known for a long, long time. She’s a patriot. I think she’s doing a lot of the right things.” Rice then added, “She’s very tough... and she’s got the right instincts.” George W. Bush’s top foreign-policy aide stood by those words two years later, when she described Clinton as “great” to Ohio Republicans.
Lindsey Graham
Perhaps no Republican has spoken more highly of Hillary Clinton than the South Carolina senator and prominent foreign-policy hawk, who went so far as to describe the then-secretary of state as “a good role model, one of the most effective secretary of states, greatest ambassadors for the American people that I have known in my lifetime” in May 2012. The Republican also went out of his way to praise Clinton to The New York Times three months later, saying, “She is extremely well-respected throughout the world, handles herself in a very classy way, and has a work ethic second to none.”
Again, no arguments. This logic is what keeps the system in place. It will never change as long as we keep accepting the better turd. Sure, it will suck for a while. Growing pains always do. But we need to act like Americans and stand up to the damn challenge. Only we, all together, can fix this and stop the madness. Stop rewarding these losers. If it goes nuclear for a while, so be it.
Am I the only person who sees shades of Hitler in Trump?
That time was in the primaries.
Rs made their choice, ill fated as it was.
Ds made the choice they did (of the limited options available...)
Now? I don't want nuclear anything.
I don't want to burn the fucking house down because I don't like the drapes.
I don't buy Trump's fear mongering bullshit.
The US is the most dynamic, prosperous, powerful and free country in the world. The economy is the strongest in the world, and well positioned for prosperity well into the future. There is no other place I'd rather be.
I am blessed to be one of 300M here, unlike the other 7000M who do not.
Voting to destroy the blessings and good fortunate my family, friends and community enjoy is an act of nihilism, selfishness, ignorance and immaturity.
Keep your seppuku to yourself.
Bush lost the election but became president. Then he started a foreign war under false pretenses. The left sees shades of Hitler in anyone who runs as someone not on the left.
