I only pretend I know sh!t about electricity. :p

I guess knowing the basics is better than nothing, but.. this thread makes me feel dumb. :)

i've seen your threads man, you do pretty well. if i ever see one of those meters for a cheap price i'll let you know and try to tell you all the tricks I know to program it...

Look up a "tunnel diode". Over a certain voltage range, a tunnel diode can appear to be a negative resistance.
