Yes i know nothing said here can be taking as serious until ive consulted a doctor :)

I went on vacation last mon-fri. came, had a slightly headache all week. nothing to stop me from doing daily activities. come monday to go back to work. still have my headache.

well my headache is one of those that bothers me when jerked to another direction very quickly, when shooken, sneeze, cough, i also every now and then was gettign the feeling in my eyes that htye had been flashed by a camera but the feeling didnt go away for mins at a time. this happened not so much as the headaches.
so tues after noon i went to a walk-in doctor. who right away assumed that it was allergies due to the spring
ive had runny nose, or stuff nose my whole life. so i figured that it couldnt be that..

the doctor and I spoke for maybe 5 mins, i think i spoke to thenurse longer.
so he prescribes something for my head. which i dont know exactly what it is. he also give me some samples for my allergies. i take them as directed. headache 1-2 every 12 hours and the allergy once in the morning

fast forward to today. my head hurts the worst. my eyes felt like they were flashed for at least 20 mins, and i feel kinda disconnected, vision wise, feel like things are farther than they seem
im going to a doctor today again.

I can't be of much help but how much water are you drinking? Try increasing it significantly, to say 3-4L a day.

You can still develop them IIRC. My sister hadn't had one her entire life, then randomly had one a few months ago. (she's 22)

If you literally saw flashes of light then you should go see an eye doctor asap, as that could be a sign of a retinal tear. Wouldn't explain the other symptoms, but just FYI.

Wouldn't explain the other symptoms though.

Could also be allergies, although I don't get the light sensitivity part in that context. I suppose eye allergies could cause something along those lines, but I'm just guessing.

Migraine's the only thing I can think of. Could be a combination of allergies and a minor migraine.

drink more water, a few of those symptoms come from being dehydrated. Other then that I don't know, good luck!

Yeah that is what I was getting at, sounds kind of like dehydration but also a migrane. I had one migrane as a child (which I still remember vividly), sensitivtive to light, pain behind my eyeball, brutal headache. I hope it clears up for you. Again, drink a LOT of water (within reason, max 4L a day as a guideline).

Dump the chocolate for a few weeks. You may be allergic like me. It wrecks havoc on my body.
