So I watched Food, INC. the other day and it is a great movie. I've always known our food is far from natural/healthy and watching the film has put me on a path to eating better. I switched over to organic yogurts and milk, and I'm making a trip out to a few farms this weekend that sell organic meat.
I have a question about some of the things shown in the movie, specifically the scene where they show a bunch of products that have corn based modifiers added to them, such as Hellman's mayo and Tropicana orange juice. I read the labels on both of these products which I use on a regular basis and didn't see anything corn based there, so what gives?
What did you guys think of the film?
