i'm not dumb you know,<<<
You sure fooled all of the rest of us!
You do not flash your bios if your system is running the way its supposed to. Refer to my first post in your thread. You do not need to do anything to your hardrive, because you are flashing the firmware on the motherboard. your very question raises the flag about your inteligence level for this project, and hence, others have answered your question.
You also don't go looking for a bios by counting the number of PCI slots and ram slots you have on your mobo as if it where the guidepost to determine which bios to flash. Geeze, your over the top with that one, bubba.
Leave the bios to the pros, thats all I said, based on your utter lack of knowledge on how to do it. It is not a slam dunk easy thing to do, specifically if something goes wrong, like a power outage in the middle of a flash.
And, son, If that pisses you off, I really don't give a sh!t. You have been good for a laugh so far. I tried being honest and helpful. You want to ignore the advice and do it your way.
Yep-----your stupid.:Q
