How do I change my refresh rate on Quake Live? Using a GTX 260, latest drivers on a 19" CRT. 59Hz really hurts my eyes in short time.

Edit: Was able to change it to 74Hz but that still hurts/strains my eyes. It doesn't seem to take when I try 85Hz or my preferred of 112Hz. Keeps defaulting back to 59Hz which is awful.

I'm using the r_displayrefresh command.
 
I use to be awesome at this game but I am getting my ass handed to me. I am either rusty or it's just that I'm playing against a bunch of people who are quake obsessed and never moved on from Q3A...

Most of the people in the beta have been waiting a long time for the game, so yeah, the current crowd is skilled.
 
BTW, thank you to whomever invited me(KT?). It's so fun, I can't stop playing lol.

The problem wwas that I had to create a Gmail account to get the activation email, for some reason all 3 of my accounts were blocking it.

I have 10 invites, if you would like one PM me. Name, email addy.
 
Anyone know if their email server is having trouble? I sent out 4 invites today but nobody seems to have gotten them... Oddly enough, 2 of them show that they were accepted, but my friends don't have them yet?

Edit: Got it a couple hours later.
 
Some people that asked me for invites, when I entered their emails it said that someone else already sent them one... So if your expecting an invite make sure you check your junk mail folders just in case...

I have 3 more invites up for grabs, post here with the word "gimme" and your email address and I'll send them right away.
