If you move your strap up to 400mhz you can probably get by with a lower NB voltage. There should be a divider that will keep your ram at DDR2-800 (2.00B on Gigabyte, not sure about Asus). Or, you can probably set the strap to Auto and it'll give you DDR2-800 as one of the options. Would love to be more specific but can't connect to Asus' download site for the manual.
 
I tried 400 on the strap and it caused some serious instability. Seems to run fine at 333. I have now had to bump the vcore up to 1.16. I was suprised that I hit 1.14, but prime did eventually fail on me. Still now that I got the nb figured out I have a fantastic cpu with way more headroom. Though I am happy with 3.4 on a q9550. Now for a new vid card.... yay! The 1.4 on the nb solved all my mem issues so I am happy there.. and my new little fan is quiet and keeping my nb much cooler.
