My cat, Beverly, is like that - if you pat her on her back near her tail, she gets all, well, weird. She'll make like she's going to bite my hands, and she meows, but she seems to like it, as evidenced by the loud purring. She acts kind of like the cat in the video. She's been spayed, and is going to be 15 this year; maybe it's the closest thing she'll ever get to, *ahem*, "male" company?

To the cat it feels like a very light sting in the places it likes to be scratched. It's obviously a female cat, as male cats don't like attention on the hind quarters like that.
My other cat, Scotty, who died a few months ago of some brain problems, possibly a stroke, did also like having his back scratched or patted, but he was a bit more violent in his expressions. He'd yell and hiss, and if I wasn't careful, he would bite. But he never walked away. It was the same way with rubbing his belly. He would usually act pissed off if someone touched his belly, but he'd never walk away, and sometimes he'd purr between the hisses.
Cats are weird.
